Am I a creep????????????
Im 19 and I am admittedly obsessed with the 15-year-old daughter of my godmother who lives in France. I check her facebook page everyday, and more than once. When I was at her house, we watched home movies of when she and her bro were little, and I recorded a few of them with my picture camera which doubles as a camcorder. I have these videos of them as toddlers on my ipod. Theyre only about 20 seconds to 3 minutes long each and there are only 3.
Am I a creep? Or is this ok? What about the videos that I keep of them?

Okay….little creepy….i understand liking her and in a few years the 4 year age difference wont matter but shes, what, a sophmore in high school? difference in age at that age is a big deal. and the videos are creepy too if you like watch them everyday. but, honestly, you got to ask yourself if she found out everything you do thats about her how would you feel and how would she feel? cause i might be a little freaked out.

Well, I think 15 is a little young, and since she lives in France dont you think the obsession is a little pointless?
You should probably try and forget about her and start looking elsewhere, either that or tell her how you feel and go from there.
And as for the videos, its not for me to say if youre a creep or not, admittedly its a little weird.

Well, I respect that you can admit the fact that you have an obsession and admitting you have a problem is indeed the first step on the road to recovery. That said, you need to know that youre actions are not OK. I understand that its difficult to control feelings, but our feelings do not control our actions and you need to begin to understand that. While its only a four year difference, people do a whole lot of maturing between the ages of 15 and 19 and though you may find her physically attractive and she you, the fact remains that emotionally you might as well have an 20 year age difference. Constantly checking the Facebook page of someone that young and keeping (and, I assume, viewing) childhood videos of she and her brother is unsettling to say the least. Youre not a creep or a freak but you do seem to have a problem with this girl. My suggestion would be to de-friend her and delete the movies as soon as you read this. The fact that you need to ask such a question means that at least a small part of you knows that what youre doing isnt right. Dont worry about what you have done, just worry about what you can and will do. Cut off contact with this girl as soon as possible. Surely, it will be hard, but in the future youll be glad you did. I think the thing you should worry about least (if youre worried at all) is the fact that shes your Godmothers daughter – technically shes not related to you at all, so dont add this onto the pile of things youre worried about. Take it easy and do the right thing.
