Best Friend, and A Guy?

HI! My name is Kolbie and I am 14. I have a huge problem and I have no clue what to do. I am going to sound really stupid, but I actually do need help, I am not just posting this question for attention, so please answer it. Thanks if you answer. Oh well if you don’t. Okay, so I am in the eighth grade and I am in middle school. I have this buddy named, Taylor. She is like in love with this man named Matthew. Now, Matthew does not like her that way anymore, you see they went out once and then they decided to be “just friends”. Whatever that means to them. Well, me and Matthew are nice friends, but we both like each other. I am a football manager, and he is on the football team. So, we have to see each other everyday at college and after school, plus we have a million classes together too. I really like him, but when I hangout with my friend, he is all that she talks about. I mean she litterally tells me over and over again, that she thinks that she loves him and she cannot get over him no matter how hard she tries to. Well, the other day I spent the night at my other buddies house, not Taylor, but a different buddy and we got bored and decided to call Matthew. When my other buddy I was with fell asleep I was still on the cellphone with him. It was like four in the morning, so we were very tired too. But, anyways we started making a bet. He said that I say like way to much, so he said everytime I say like he gets to give me a hug. Then when I hit thirty he changed the bet to everytime I said like after that I had to kiss him. I made it to thirty that time too. So he said I have to kiss him and hug him thirty times each. Then he told my buddy who loves him about our bet. So, she confronted me about it and I said that I would’nt go out with him or kiss him if it was going to make me lose her. She is an awesome friend, and I do not want to lose her. So, I told him that he could kiss me on the cheek and he could hug me. Should I feel guilty about that? Also, when I mentioned this to my other friend, she said that I should go out with him, because if the other woman was really my friend, then she would be happy for me. But other guys said that I should not go out with him, because of the whole, guys come and go, but women are he to stay. I am so seriously confused. Please help me. I really do like him, but she is my amazing friend. I love them both, like to death and would do anything for them, the both of them. God, I am so so confused. Please please help me. <3
