maybe she said no because you guys are friends and she still doesnt think of you as anything more? you should try getting closer to her first and look for signs that she likes you more than just a friend – then ask her out again.

I dont think you should try to get her to like you because if she is your friend, and you keep asking her out when she doesnt want to go out with you, then she wont be your friend for long. Shell just think youre creepy and then tell all her friends that youre creepy and then youll never get with any of them either. Its a whole big chain. Sooner or later if you keep creeping her out, no girl in your school will ever go out with you.
