Question:Should I forgive this idiot?

He was selling tickets for a big event. I asked him for a ticket and then realised I already had one. But then I found out that it wasnt enough to get into the VP area so I asked him if he could spare a ticket. He sold tickets to kids whom he didnt know in front of me and said that he was all out. He didnt speak afterwards. At another social I said hello to his mate and he tried to poke me two times to get my attention and then he did it again later that night but I just pretended I was drunk
